LOL. I usually have a assistant test it for me.

 A quick coil (note that is singular) test is to put the distributor cap in
one hand and and with the other hit the start button. If you hop around
the shop flappin one arm like it's broken because you just took a hefty
jolt...you have a good coil.

 an engine needs 3 things to run: spark, fuel, air. figure out which
screwed up and you'll get it running.
