I had a 73 Eldo with a 5.10 X 16 rear rim. I paid someone to lace it and
managed to get a rim without the holes drilled so my installer could get the
holes at the correct angle. The wheel must be laced out of dish to move it
away from the swingarm. Then, it hits the brake anchor rod which must be cut
and spliced with a zig-zag so it dodges the tire on the left. Got higher
tire mileage than stock, but handled VERY poorly when it got sqaured off.
The bike is much better with the stock tire size and profile.
