Tom,
Good to hear you're still walking. I am once again appalled at the
mental capacity of some humans.
Geez. Similar, but milder...
When I was much, much younger-on a Honda 350 (this was before I could
afford a Guzzi), some fraternity bros pulled up to me as I was inching
across a railroad track (dont remember why I was going so slow). One of
them leaned out of their car as if to ask me a question and then Pow!
Punched me in the eye. I was in gear, so I couldn't even block it.
They were quite drunk and out to get some 'townies' I guess. Gosh, we
never did anything to them! Funny thing was, my neighbor (a full grown
Texas farm boy) was right behind me in his pick-up. There was a
four-for-one special on black eyes that day.
I can see people doing stupid things like picking a fight...but guns?
That's a cowardly animal.
Your quick-witted response shows you are neither. Well, ok, you are

on your part. Sounds like you played it very cool. I'm glad you're ok.

home. Well, all the lights were off so I left. Driving thru his
neighborhood, a car coming the other way came so close to me I had to
