Does anyone else regularly touch down metal parts on their Eldos? I have 5 sportbikes, and you would think I would reserve my spirited riding for them, but I admit to riding sportily with the Eldo, as well. I am constantly touching down the sidestand on the left side, and the centerstand on the right side. I have ground a lot of the sidestand foot away, to the point where I will be looking for a replacement now that I am refurbishing the Eldo. Does anyone else have this problem, or is something peculiar with my bike? I am 190 lbs, and the same problem has occurred whether I use the stock Konis, or a set of new Progressive shocks I bought 2 years ago that are 1/2" longer than stock in an effort to give me more ground clearance. Any responses will be appreciated.
