Subject: Rear Crashbars w. Wixom bags

I wanted to put rear crashbars on my Eldo a while back, and after I
got some, I saw that they would not fit because they would not clear my
Wixom bags. Since then, I have seen several pictures of bikes with Wixom
bags and rear bars.
Can anyone tell me how this is done.
