Greetings all
John in Roseburg, Oregon, a newbie to this list. I'm on my third Guzzi now, a '72 Eldo that I picked up in Portland a couple of months ago. I've been collecting parts and plan to start a restoration right after the holidays.
For what it's worth--I'm all in favor of a national a little closer to the center of the country--Tennessee and WV are back east--a good 4-5 days from here (12-15 days round trip)--more time than I have (and probably a lot others on the left coast) to spend on this. Kansas is 3 days from here--Colorado is 2--both doable. I do like the idea of a alternating national--if its back east to begin with, lets have one in the west next year. My 2 cents.
Let me also mention that I've enjoyed all the posts that I've seen on this list and am glad to be a part of if.
