Joe,

Do you know if the bike is original? Are you giving me frame and engine
serial numbers?

I see a few guys have bikes listed as 69 Ambos with 13xxx engine numbers.
One is Jan 69 with serial number 13043. Another has July 69 with serial
number 13283.

That's your bike Tim. Do you have a left shift on your Ambo? How does the
factors that Joe mention compare you your bike?

Tom...do you have a build date on your bike?

1969-1970 was a transition period in the series. I suppose that the reason
you have cad spokes and louvered battery covers could be because that was
what was on the shelf :-) We were dealing with Italians here......good
hearts but no organization :-)

From what I see the numbers seem right.

Regards....Ian

MAybe you can give me some help.

This ambo was

- built July 69
- has left hand shift
- has cad spokes - I thought all had stainless
- serial number 13355 ( I think)
- single instrument
- louvered side covers
- 4 speed smooth transmission

I may buy it, it does run , but had been sitting for 20 years.
