The 2 holes on the side were for a turn signal bracket that also mounted on
the tail light bracket where the license plate goes. The 2 lower holes, I
believe were for the license plate bracket for European bikes, since most
European counties used the large square number plates. My eldo has these
holes as well as my wife's Ambo, but on her bike they have round head
rivets covering them.

I have a rear fender with 4 'extra' holes. or holes that i can't find
something to fill. I've attached a link to a picture. Anyone know what
the ? and ?? holes are for?
