An open invitation to anyone who cares to head to the Novi Expo Center
in Novi Michigan for "Motorama" the combination Hot-Rod and Motorcycle
show (with swap meet)on SATURDAY FEBRUARY 9th AT 12:00 NOON. Lets try to
gather around the INSIDE of the entrance. Wear and look for people with
some form of Guzzi I.D. on them, I have a Blue Tee shirt with Moto Guzzi
in gold lettering on it. You could walk up to people and say "you look
Loopie", if they answer "yes I am" they're one of us, if they're not one
of us they might slug you so use your own discression.
Since weather seems to be a popular topic on this sight let me tell you
what South-East Michigan was like this past Sunday. It was sunny, in the
high fifties with nothing more than a gentle breeze. I was riding along
the Clinton River's South River Road when I passed by a man ice fishing
on a frozen canal, several hundred feet past him was the open river
where two men were in an 18 foot bass boat trolling. I began to think
"what fools", than I remembered that I passed but a few hundred feet
from all of them riding my motorcycle on that same mid-winter day.
