I passed on a running example in fair cond. with 24k miles last summer
for 1300. If you follow ebay the convert is in my opinion the least desirable
model ( as far as resale goes ) the next most affordable model is the 75
850T which would be my choice if I was budget minded. Some people really
like converts, but as mentioned in a previous post, fuel economy is poor and
the chance of expensive repairs is always looming. I am of the opinion that
it is the sellers obligation to name thier price, if they back me into a
corner with the " make an offer " shtick I show little mercy.They employ that
tactic for one of two reasons greed or ignorance. If the situation is the
latter and they are someone with whom I have empathy this of course would not
apply. BUT WOULDNT YA REALLY RATHER HAVE A LOOP? Good Luck Mick
