I had the same thing happen on a BMW. I later had to go up one size on
the needle jet. They turned a little on the gold side but have never
gotten any worse. I have had ceramic coatings put on the inside on a
couple 750 Ducati super sports I've restored for folks and it has worked
good so far. It gets so hot in the bend I don't know if there is a real
cure. The Japs did it by double wall tubing but MAC headers for BMWs are
double walled and they still turn?????
