When I finished restoring my Eldo, I bought one of those reproduction
dual seats with a fiberglass pan. The seat looked good, but was as hard
as a board. It was so hard, my girlfriend would not ride on the back. As
a result, I returned it and thought that I would try a solo seat, which
I am now waiting for. My question is this: has anyone else tried the
repro dual seat, and what has been the experience? I would like to know
whether they are all hard as hell, or if I got one with old or defective
foam. Any comments are appreciated.
