I had the same problem. The only way to open these is to pry open the
bezel, which destroys it of course. I sent mine to Palo Alto speedometer
for repair, and they sourced some of these bezels, so you could probably
get one from them. The were not able to fix my tach, however, but they
sent back a new bezel with the returned tach.
