The legend of the 400lb. bear lives on for those brave enough to return this
spring to the "Mt. Pisgah Campground" which is located just 30 miles south of
Asheville, NC at milepost 408.5 on the "Blue Ridge Parkway" across from the
Pisgah Inn. Tent camping is available with bathrooms (no showers), a full
service restaurant & gas station. No rally fee! Camping is $12.00/night/site
(2 tents per site). There are many twisty narrow back roads to explore so
