The letters themselves are actually white or possibly clear, allowing the
white of the paint to show thru. The letters have black outlines, and the
eagle has black outlines and as I recall black hiliting of the wings.

Upon further research the pinstripe on the fenders may be like the ones on
the all white bikes. That is Red and Black. I would have to say the decals
would then be black.
Here are examples but none show the decal detail

Rich,
I presume that the decals on the white fenders were also red
to go with
the red pinstripes ?

White

I hope that clears things up.

Bruce,
I hope someone will correct me if I'm wrong...but the only
way I've
personally ever seen an Eldorado is with the same color
for tank
 fenders
and all other body work and black frame. My V7 was
originally red
 tank
with silver fenders, so your prev owner maybe was trying
to emulate
 this
style? not sure here, but personally I feel 99% sure that
you need a

black frame and all other body work to match. Then again,
I'm not a

show judge either. Good luck.
