Dave-
like someone said- check your timing, both at idle and full advance. if
o.k., your starter needs to be cleaned up. dissassemble it, hose it out with
electrical contact spray, sand off [lightly!] the brushes, and reassemble.
your rt. carb has the float level set too low, or the primary jet is
partly clogged. first off, tho, back out the idle mixture screw 1/4 turn at
a time to see if the rpm's increase. i have one of these that requires
re-adjustment pretty regularly. and like someone else said- be sure that the
needle is in the middle groove.

My Eldo is very difficult to start after it is warm. Also, I seem to notice
that the RH cylinder is hotter than the LH while just running in my garage.
Airflow should be the same on both, as I am using a large fan for equal air
flow. Any ideas?
