Looks like a V65 to me.

FWIW, the seat I have was originally on an airhead BMW, then on a
harley, then my T-3 and now my Ambo; where it seems to fit best. The
point being, that it is easy to make mounts for this seat. I bet it
could go as far as a couple inches back quite easily. If you don't mind
exposing the frame and mounts toward the front. I am going to move mine
back a hair as well.

Hi Chris,

Looks to be a later Guzzi square head engine in the bike. There aren't
any other valve covers that fit a round head engine as far as I know,
but you could use a set from the first V700 to the last SP (?). Pretty
nice variety of styles in that time period (IMHO). Cheers,
