Hey Tom,

When I needed them, I got a set from Mark Ethridge at MG Classics. You
can also try Moe at Cycle Garden. I had luck finding some parts at the
MG Junkyard too, 316-838-3399. BTW, the boot guards look sharp!

My solo seat is back too, need to tidy it up a bit (excess vinyl needs
to be glued down to the seat pan). If you ever find a source for OEM
looking seat covers for these original solo springers, please let me
know. I just had a local uphosltery shop put a new seat center in mine
as the OEM was shot - cracked all over the place. I had him save the
sides with the strap and back with the silkscreen to keep the original
look, but the new seat center is now smooth vinyl - no fake seams like
the OEM one had. Looks OK, just not stock. I searched high and low,
even asked Greg Field, but he too had no source. I think Moe wanted
$250 to recover this one, cost me $75 local for the seat center. Will
do work for now.

Later.

Hi all,

O.k., it's my turn to ask for parts... By the way J.B., you should be
recieving the package this week...mailed it on tuesday.

I scored another one of the solo springer seats. I sent the first one
Greg Field's way. This one doesn't have the cups that attach to the
frame to hold the back of the seat up. I needs 'em!

Anybody?

Thanks..............
