It may not be original but it sure is handy to have the push button wired directly to the
starter when the relay goes out. B.

The PO did some funny wiring for an air horn and
driving/marker
 lights on my Ambo. I took out most of his handywork ;-(
when I acquired
it.
 Something that I'm curious about, but always forget to
ask about is this.
I
 have the button on the right side of the handlebar for the
starter.
Whether
 the key is on or off pushing the button will turn the
starter over. It
wont
 start unless the key is turned on but the starter turns over
regardless of
 if the key is in the ignition switch. This doesn't seem to be
something
that
 should be normal but nothing else in the wiring looks
non standard at this
 point. Is this normal
