Patrick,

Thanks for posting the pics to the list. He even got my bike in
there.....even if it was in the background :-)

Was a great Meet. Not as many Loops there as I would have liked to have seen
but it was great to see all the newer model EV's and Sports etc... Showed
that company is actually selling bikes and working to keep Guzzi a going
concern.

What I also liked seeing was the "Guzzi Family" coming together....old and
new. We had Ken Pitts there with his race bike, Sidney Conn with his Land
Speed Record bike, which by the way, he started and ran for a few minutes
for the crowds enjoyment, and Frank Wedge, who was showing the comapny big
wigs how a Lemans "touring bike" should be made. All in all it was one big
Guzzi Lovefest.

Funny, but I was recently at a swap meet near my home. I was the only Guzzi
in a sea of 500 HD's. Imagine my enjoyment on Sunday seeing a few HD's in a
sea of 500 Guzzis :-)

The old 69 Ambo ran like a top there and back. 370 miles to the rally and
415 miles home thorugh the mountains. Thanks Ed for the ride out.....fun
riding to a rally with another Loop.

Great seeing familiar faces and meeting new ones. I'll look forward to next
year.

...Ian
