Thanks to everyone's input on my regulator issues.
The local NAPA didn't have a VR412 in stock but Auto Zone had a ford
VR603. $19 Had to drill one new hole in the bracket and mount it with
the terminals facing up. Plenty of volts now!
I should have this Ambo project out of the house and rolling down the
road tomorrow.
