Andy you must know my wife. both give wise counsel.

I just always liked the enduro bags. And that blinded me to the practical.

I have a set of califia bags on T-3 mounts that work just fine even if they
aren't pretty. And I have 2 other bikes in need of maintenance dollars.

I didn't know the bags I had were califia bags until your comment sent me
lookng for them on the net. I don't have the surrounds though. And I have
some leather saddle bags. so what the heck was I thinkin?

Did some miles on the goose on WHidbey Island and SNohomish county
yesterday. link to pics soon.

I have a line on a pair of reproduction (abs plastic) bmw /2 "Enduro"
bags. The paint is beat up and one lid is split. I may be able to get
mounts and a new lid thrown in. Looks like they would lood spendiferous
on the Ambo. I don't really need them as I have some big fiberglass box
type ones for the Ambo. Price to me is 200.

Sound like a good deal?
