Zerhackermann, I'll have to see if I can find some old pics with the bike. It's all in pieces now on my workbench.

It's not that radical a chop, but the guy cut the main spine and lowered it about 3" where it attaches to the rear verticle support. The seat he put on sat down in the V now made by the spine and loops. The tank looks like a mid-70's H-D (Someone said Sportster or Super-glide?). Flames on tank. All other sheet metal is original, only light mods to the side covers. All the seat tabs have been ground off on the rear loop. No other frame modifications have been detected.
If I keep the seat where it is, I'll have to make forward controls otherwise my knees will be under my chin (well...almost).

I am glad I disassembled the motor because the cylinders were almost shot and the con-rod bearings were too. Got new Nikasil cylinders with pistons in her. Updating what needs it thanks to the knowledge of Larry Klein of GT Motors in Lansing.

Next step is to inspect and update the trans. also got to work on the sheet metal and inspect/replace wiring.
