Simple greenor concrete degreaser. Scrub, soak, repeat. Then rinse
thoroughly with water and then something like carb cleaner. That's how I
might approach it.

Anyone know of something better than a carb cleaner dip tank for getting
some serious crud out of the carbs. Looks like these carbs were used as
fishing sinkers for a few years. Soaked one carb for a week now and it
barely looks any better.
