Sounds like it was telling dad that it wanted to go for a ride. good thing
it wasn't in gear. It probably wouldn't of been back by curfew.

Strange thing happened on the red 71 Ambo Saturday. I rolled it out of
the garage after sitting a week or so. Put it on the center stand and
pulled the seat and tank off after a few minutes of wet sanding some
rough spots from the paint wrinkling. I washed off and dried the tank on
the picnic table then brought the tank inside my house to my back room
uh well.... spray booth to apply a fresh coat of Massey Ferguson red
farm implement paint via rattlecan. I went to walk up to the bike to
work on a few other things and before I could get up to it, the bike
started cranking over all on it's own! Starter going like mad!
I have an automotive ignition switch that was in the off position but I
turned it to accessory and it stopped cranking but not positive if it
was because I turned the switch or bumped into the bike when I went for
the switch. Then it worked 100% normal there on out. All wiring is new,
neat and simple.
Just plain freaky.
