Hi, Don, welcome to the list. As you can see, you'll get a lot of
answers on this one, and they'll probably go on forever. Just don't ask
about tires.
Anyway, I'm with Ian on this one; I use Castrol 20w50 GTX in my Guzzis
and Laverda, buy it by the case. Thousands of miles, no problem. Any
inexpensive oil is probably ok, something readily available is best,
just make sure you change it often. I like to go 2-3000 mi on an oil change.
