I have a 71 Ambo that is running rich on the left side.
I get good equal vacuum balance on both sides. Compression is 160-170 both sides. Fuel milage under 40 MPG. With mixture settings on both set at factory spec, the R side runs fine and plug is brown color. L side is black and I get smoking after ideling a while. Lots of carbon in the Left Talepipe too. I believe it may be leaking enrichener seals.
I have a new set from Mark but haven't pulled carbs off yet.
I dont want to screw them up by removing incorrectly.
I dont see how to un attach the 2 cables to each carb. Seems like this would be the best way to start.
What do I remove first? Un bolt carb off the head or remove the cables ?
