you can pull the cables after you take the carbs of the head. that way its easier to unscrew the top to get the cable of the slide. the choke cable just unsrews were you see the bolt head.

I dont see how to un attach the 2 cables to each carb. Seems like this would be the best way to start.

What do I remove first? Un bolt carb off the head or remove the cables ?

Any tips are appreciated!!
