Well Guys,
What can I say, Mid- Ohio was great. Had the best time. Spent alot of
time talking to people about the bike. Nights at the hotel were filled
with eating and drinking at the hotel restaurant and rapping in the
parking lot with people from all over. Where eles can I get held up for
an hour and a half just running out to the bike to get something?!
Highlights for me were meeting people from the list, Paul, Charlie,
Nolan, Joe, Fred. Paul and Joe(reminder-- 3 parts Absolute, 1 part Red
Bull and a splash of Code Red!)Sorry if I forgot someone, blame it on
the "bug juice". Nothing better than standing around in the rain,
talking Guzzi and drinking! Thanks getting the ball rolling on that
Mike, even though you were absent! There was an elephant that tried to
convince me that his name was Mike. If he wasn't pink he might've pulled
it off!
I thought I got some awsome pictures of the races on Sat. While drooling
over the Arial, Vincent and Guzzi around the auction tent I realized
that I was shooting with 800 speed film and never set my ASA. Who knows
what will come of it. Shame though, the only 2 rolls I had totally
blown..
I didn't get to see, do and meet everything and everybody I wanted to.
There was just too much and too hot. Didn't even get through 1/2 the
swap meet. Ended up searching for Darrell for some shade and
hospitality. THANKS DARRELL! Missed the MG crew AGAIN! Congratulations
guys!
All in all, the bike ran great, hit some great roads, met great people
and seen some beautiful motorcycles. Can't wait 'till next year.

Later, Kev
