no. he brings bike, i fit gaskets & tighten nuts, he goes. more time needed, might be worth a shot, but never needed on any other loops i look after (4).

i presume you would let it cool down before re tightening.

i think it's bad practise to tighten down threads while warm due to expansion/contraction issues.

Are you tightning the exhaust collars on the new gaskets on the bike, letting it run till itr warm ,then re-tightning the collars? Greg
