"B" is TDC
"C" is 5' Advance 1200RPM +or- 100RPM
"D" is 25' auto advance 2200RPM +or- 100RPM
"E" is 33' full advance 3600RPM +or- 100RPM
So,with bike not running set timing to 5' advance, then start and check at
the other speeeds like we talked about to check the springs.
Oh, 1 small drop of oil on the weight pivots and on the spring ends helps,
bet its rusty.
