Thanks for the info. I got the bike, along with some 850-t parts here in
Napa, Ca. It looks like a lot of work. I've only got to put the carbs
on my Ambo to get that one finished. Then I can start on the Eldo.

Policia but I
have also heard that a lot of police bikes had come through with out

"VP" and some with the "VP" on the engine and not on the builders

vice versa. Mine has the "VP" on both the engine and the plate. The
stars
are there to keep someone from adding a number or two with a number
punch
and changing the VIN to suit their inappropriate needs. Did you get

that was on e-Bay? I thought about that one for parts but I wasn't
convincing enough. Besides what I really need is a G5 or maybe a
convert, I
want to modernize my Eldo a little and part out the rest.
