Subject: Don't quite have the carbs adjusted....ideas?

I don't have mercury sticks, so adjustment has been by other means. I seem
to be close, but at higher speeds if I really open the throttle quickly, the
bike stumbles a bit like it is not getting enough fuel. Could I have this
set too lean? If so, if I richen it up a bit, will it change much on the
lower end? I checked my timing, and it is all good. Could something be
faulty in my points?
