Good Morning All,

Wanted to get a reading/opinions on my new spark plugs. Installed the
NGK BP6ES' as prescribed by the manual and Mark Ethridge (saw his post
some time back). My mechanic had a set of B7ES' in there prior, seemed
OK, but they were black/brown when I pulled them after only a few
hundred miles. 1st, how long does it take to get a reading on plugs?
I've got about 100 miles on these new sets. When I pulled them, I was
glad to see they are showing the exact same type of wear, but they look
a bit strange to me, not really matching what the book readings say.
They are both clean mostly (probably because they are new), but half of
the ceramic center is white/tan, the other half has is brown, thought it
was "blistering" as the book says, but when I touched it with my nail,
it was almost like trying to scrape dried syrup off of a table top -
perhaps that is blistering? Bike seems to run fine, but I wonder if I
need to readjust the fuel mixture?

Thoughts? Thanx!
