You shouldn't have any problems, I just put the final touches on my
'69 Ambo project, it's a white bike with a little pearl in it, red &
black pinstriping, black decals. Very pretty. Just make sure that you
burnish the decals down very well before you clear over them.

 It won't match the
tank too well, anyway, because I found a NOS tank at Daytona, with the
original silkscreened logos. But he's matched the original candy red
very well for the tool boxes and battery covers. With the red w/white
logos on tank/toolboxes/battery covers and the white w/red pinstripes
and fendertip eagles on the fenders, I WILL be Elvis!
Sounds like you'll have a great looking bike when you're done. You'll
have to post a pic on Mike's page.
