E,

What do you mean "it may cost you your license for a month"?

Hi Ian,

Hope to have a garage in the coming months to work on my Eldo:
Only way I will
be able to take the front end apart. I now have the tools and the
parts. So
instead I took the "kitty" to the rally - which may cost me my
license for at
least a month... Also test drived the Lemans and the Stone -
Great fun, but I
miss my Eldorado. Only hitch with the Stone was that I started
shifting it
like the Eldorado...Oops.

Andy: Hope you had a great ride back !

Take care,

Elisabeth

I was thinking of you guys last weekend....wishing I was
standing around the
cooler solving the world's problems with you.

Glad to hear the weather was good and you had a good time.

hi-
i think this will get to you folks. the nats. were a real
hoot. perfect

weather, good friends, good chow! knowing about the camping situation
already helped [everyone shoulda known about it, what with all the
discussion all year!] there were something like 373
registered. not bad!

the new bikes are awesome! rode an EV at illegal speeds- wonderful
handling, power, and braKes! it looked terriffic in black,
too. the lemans

was blindingly fast, and very nimble. torque- city! sure glad we
didn't get
spied by THE MAN! i want 1 of each- keep the eldo, of course!
had the pleasure of meeting some really nice folks- ken hand,
frank wedge,
louigi, jim, john, alex from mgna, and many others. met alan dunphy
from this
list, catskill hawk from the other one :>) and good to see you again,
elisabeth!
tom bowes and i were talking about his stunning ambo when
the peoples

choice was announced. well? congrats Tom!!!! out of that HUGE bunch of
bikes, Tom took the prize, and against some serious
contention, like angie

casy's '74 eldo, and that 100 point v-7 sport from nyc.
pretty neat that a

loop [of course, it aint no ordinary loop!] could score that
well. turned

out to be the only award presented [there were others, but a huge
oversight
presented them being presented- oops!] well, that's it, i
guess! later,

 andy
