I use Cheng Shin C289's, front and rear both 110's.
They are safety-bead tires, last 8000 miles on the
rear and twice that on the front. They cost half what
other tires cost. They handle just fine considering I
don't ride like I'm on a sport bike anyway, and they
have plenty of grip in the rain. The don't do that
well in snow, though. Nonetheless I highely recommend
them for loopframes.
