Forgot to mention that I am talking about wheel bearings for drum brake
models. The front wheel bearings on an LAPD Eldo are ball bearings and
can be found more easily. Cheers,

 Hi Greg,
Been there, tried that! Doesn't work! A while back someone posted a link
to a website with parts substitutions that listed a #30204 as a direct
replacement. Unfortunately, it's not, nor is any other bearing currently
available. Applied Industrial , the supplier I use, tried everything
they could without success including contacting RIV (the OEM supplier).
In every case there was one dimension that was incorrect. So, the sets
from "Peters Bearings" are quite attractive - the only other
alternatives being finding some still in a dealers stock (good luck, I
found two at a former dealer) or buying the kit from Teo Lammers (sold
in the US by Moto International). Luckily, the originals will last a
very long time if properly maintained. Strangely enough, I recently
needed a front wheel bearing (also a RIV tapered roller bearing) for a
Falcone and it's readily available! Cheers,

Charlie
