Welcome Tom and I'm sure that whatever questions or advice you need, the
group will able to help you out on. We all love to see another loop get back
on the road. The simple and robust design of these bikes builds confidence
in your wrenching skills pretty quickly once you start tearing into things.
Ian Adkins, one of members, has a spreadsheet of VIN numbers and location
that I'm sure he would like to add yours to. And even when things are going
good an update on your progress from time to time would be cool. Good luck.

Rich

I have been reading your Techno-Talk for about three months now, maybe more.
I have a '74 Eldo police model I took apart about 7 years ago. I am not too
much of a mechanic, but would like to do as much of this restoration as
possible myself. You guys, I guess we, have a great foremat here for people
like me, who don't have the expertise or the experience to just go out to
our garages and fix whatever we tear up. Anyway, I will be trying to get
back into this project this fall with the hope of finishing the thing next
spring. I guess this is just a hello from me to you, and a plea for help
whern I need it. Thanks,
Tom Elliott
