Subject: Where's this little breather drain go?

I can see it on the parts diagram, but not exactly where it goes. The
little bent-plate-and-tube thing that the bottom of the breather hose
attaches to at the bottom. It looks like it mounts on the rear
transmission to frame bolt, but outside the footpeg bracket? Or between
the spacer and the frame or tranny?
