Depends on the expertise of the painter and if your good friends or not. I
got a tank, 2 fenders, 2 tool boxes and 2 side covers done for $500 from a
good friend of my Dad's.

followup question for y'all -- I'm sure it's geographical dependent,
but what are folks paying for a paintjob these days? tank, two fenders,
two sidecovers, maybe a bit of cleanup and panel beating?
