Paul,

The critical relationship is the similarity in hub diameter at the spoke
location. And, obviously, a 40 hole pattern to match the H-D rim. If the
diameter of each hub (I have a H-D dual flange hub here if you'd like that
measurement) is close, you should be in business. Another concern would be
the spread between the spokes at the hub. I will provide both H-D dimensions
to you.
