The stock 71 I bought had the blue ford reg on it.
No idea of the milage on the bike.
I rode it about 2000 and the gen light stayed on
must be the points stick one way so it would not charge
Had both gen and VR tested by a shop
the gen was OK
I replaced the VR with same thing ford from NAPA
haev only run it a few hundred
seems to work
If I get another failure I'll have to think of a differnt solution
