Was rerouting the fuel lines this eve and cut some of the clear plastic
off of one side and it fell into my container which was under the carb
catching fuel. Finished the job and let fuel flow through into my
container until all of the air was out of the lines - fuel flowed much
better and life is now good again. What to do with this gas, I'll just
throw it back in the tank, what was that that just fell in the tank, ah
$%@! the little piece of fuel line. Is it OK being in there or do I now
need to pull the petcocks let her drain and find that piece? I would
guess being it is relatively small (about 1/4 inch in length) and it
doesn't break down (it is a fuel line) it shouldn't be a problem,
especially with those in tank filters being so tall. What should I do?
Let it ride or get it out?
