Subject: Rear drive bearing drag

I disassembled the Eldo resr drive today to clean, inspect and reseal,
and the big ball bearing seems to have quite a bit of drag, even after
the seal was removed. Are these supposed to spin freely? The inner
races and balls, what I can see of them, look fine.
