Might of tightened 'en too tight. These cracks are in the paint? Try putting
rubber washer in between the frame and fender. Be sure to check all
electrics cause this might be a grounding point, although I don't think it
is, worked on mine.

Has anyone else found stress cracks on the rear fender where it bolts to
the back frame? It has a tab on the inside of the fender to prevent
this, but it happened anyhow. Did I tighten the bolts too tight?

I also found stress cracks where the tabs are welded to the bottom of
the battery covers. I'm getting those braized.
