Well, I got busy last night dismantelling Mr.MaGuzzi for the tranny
swap. I hope that I will not need a new carrier bearing. When I put the
bike together to go to the National in Taos, I did some very bad
assembly work. I hate to say what I did, becouse I would be made to
relinquish all my Guzzis and then be banned from this list, it was that
bad!!!

Anyways, When I get the tranny off, I will inspect the clutch plates,
too. I hope that they are good, although I have axtras. Maybe I should
just change them out anyways as I have the bike apart and it would make
good sense.

I am going to drop the oil pan, too, and have a 'look-see'. I know it
has a couple little leaks from somewhere down there. Big project, faily
good amount of time to get it done, as I am not going into the motor.
Wish me luck. I'll be posting losts of trials and tribulations.

P.S; Godspeed to our astronauts and thier families!!!
