Lenny,I recently replaced the clutch, throttle and brake cables on my 74
Eldo and found that Moto International's catalogue was a great help in
determining what length cables I needed. Their catalogue can be found here
http://www.motointernational.com/main.htmHope this helps

Subject: Cable lengths- Help needed

I have about 8 replacement cables that I purchased as part of a lot of
parts for a loopframe. They do not match the lengths or configurations
of the cables on my Ambo which may or may not be correct (I found out
the clutch cable on my bike is actually a front brake cable!) I suspect
that I may have 2 Eldorado clutch cables due to the cables longer length.

Can any one tell me the correct lengths of cables for the front brake
and clutch for the standard handlebar Ambo and Eldorado? Also Police
bar versions?

Thanks,
Lenny Seidman
