 Hello all,

What is the truth on Converts.

Well, just like Studebakers and Ramblers, some people swear by 'em, and
some people swaer at 'em!!!

The Convert was the flagship of the Guzzi line. It had all the bells and
whistles. A clean Convert is a very nice bike, IMHO.

As mentioned before, the early bikes had dubious flywheels. Later
Converts and even Cal II converts are really strong and dependable
bikes. Biggest problem is getting someone to rebuild the torquecoverter
if neccesary.

Welcome to the Guzzi brotherhood!!!!!!!
