Hi,
I was considering buying a pair of new Bub mufflers for an Ambo/Eldo
which were put up for sale on this list recently. I have a '72 Eldo
which has LaFranconi's on it now. They work great but have some rusting
and pitting and also a broken mounting tab. My question is about the
crossover. There is a crossover between the two LaFranconi mufflers but
the Bub mufflers have none. If there an advantage or disadvantage to
this. Will it affect performance in any way or is it just a different
way of doing things. I have a pair of Bub Conti's on my Norton 850 and
like them a lot. Any thoughts? Thanks in advance.
